Volvo looses its popularity
The latest news came from Volvo North America area. There were sales events for the whole June, 2007. According to the information for July 3, 2007, Volvo cars sold 12 percent less units in comparison with the previous summer 2006(in digits — 9,586 units). This quantity spreads on the United States, including Puerto Rico.
In general, in North America (including Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico) were sold about 11, 000 units. Unfortunately the statistics shows sad fact, sales lower their expectations. They were even 10 per cent less than it was last year. The situation in other regions is as follows: in Canada — 1,008 sold units and in Mexico — 208 units.
