Optimists work for Chrysler

The ChryslerThe Chrysler carmakers optimistically see the situation with the sales. They see the process of slow declining of sales, but they are going to go on selling the Crossfire coupe and convertible in the next year. This information from Automotive News report completely contradicts the info in the reports that say: Chrysler’s Audi TT competitor will see the world in the second half of 2007as a result of the contract with Carmenn.

Crossfire sales saw not best times in 2006, the unit selling fell to 8216. For the comparison: in 2005 — 14,665 sold units. The prices declined this year also. An average price is $27,526. Again compare: in 2004 a start price was $34,495.

The basis for the Chrysler is still the first-generation Mercedes-Benz SLK architecture. It will remain almost the same.
