The Mazda automakers during the last year have worked much on the Mazda design. The new Mazda 6 has a lot of prototypes, according to some spies. Mazda has a basis as a modified CD3 platform, in other words — CD3-2. The same platform will be set for the European Ford Mondeo. To this list the following cars can be added: Mercury Milan, American Lincoln MKZ and Ford Fusion.

2008 is a right time to expect the Mazda 6 arriving. And it is quite possible that it will get leadership in the end of 2007. Mazda 6 will be two inches longer with a wider tag a little in comparison with today’s version.
Some trustful sources suppose the engine to be 3.5-liter V-6, as in Ford. A 180-horsepower four-cylinder powerplant is also similar.
