Jaguar XKR 2008 is your car
At last we have a chance to observe the Jaguar’s XKR coupe. Truly speaking, there is not much difference with the current Jaguar XKR. It is just a little updated. This is life and in this battle of the automakers for the first place all the means are good.
As it is mentioned, everything will be the same: the same 4.2-liter supercharged V8, 420 bhp power, 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque. Of course, aluminum was not forgotten. Thanks to this the car lost some weight. Now it is only 1665 kg. This is 70 kg less in comparison with the outgoing model. It gave some advantage to the model, such as accelerating from zero to 60 mph in some 4.9 seconds. A top speed is electronically limited at 155 mph. No doubt, the car has all the conveniences. A huge heated front windscreen opens the view. High-end Surround Sound system and alloy pedals make the navigation as easy as ABC. This is not a complete list of so called standard equipment.
The price for the new XKR is ?70,097.
