Lamborghini rehabilitation

Lamborghini rehabilitationLamborghini and troubles of some financial kind – always hand in hand, together. This is a stereotype which Stephan Winkelmann, head of Italian supercar builder, Lamborghini, tends to break completely. He and the team working with him have developed some solid business plan. He believes, this plan must help the automaker get rid of the problem.

Even after Audi taking control in 2004, Lambo tried to remain somehow independent. They added signature items to their catalog, i.e. easily recognized clothing, accessories and merchandise. It really helped. Of course, the budges was not so big, and the Lambo automakers had to share some parts with their corporate partner, but still they did their best to be somehow unique.
In the start of Stephan Winkelmann career as the head the company had surpassed 1,000 units. They were sold in 2003. But the period of 2004-2005 seemed to be some kind of still life. Last year Lamborghini managed to sale 2 thousand vehicles. This is a progress, in comparison with the 70th or 80th. That time 250 cars were a nice norm. So, we can just agree with Winkelmann, the company is growing up, becomes more serious and trustful.
