Courts very rarely make good reputation to the sides
Friday, July 13th, 2007The McLaren’s chief designer Mike Coughlan fell into an unpleasant situation, Courts are not pleasant places to relax and draw inspiration from. On the 11th this month a court hearing was cancelled. The reason is that Coughlan gave his agreement to supply a sworn declaration. In this declaration it is described in detail the way how Coughlan got highly confidential information from Ferrari.

Autocar can admit that McLaren’s supercar project, long-delayed mid-engined, still remains the hope of the company. The first versions, so to say prototypes, are tested now in the United Kingdom. We can only guess what design and general look the car has. Of course, it continues the traditions of F1, and will have all the features of first-rate car, luxury, and high-performance.
