For the current Auto Show in Frankfurt Mercedes-Benz prepared the F700, the car that can be given the following epithets: dizzying and dazzling. The collection of this model is bundled into a concept-car body. This body can serve as the prototype to the future coming S-Class sedan.

Some time ago Mercedes officially stated that its long awaited compact SUV would be called the GLK class. The prototype was shown for the press. According to Mercedes official data the GLK is smaller in size in the GL-Class SUV. This version has a comparatively squared-off exterior. The interior was also shown at this event. What can we expect from Mercedes inside?

Geneva Auto show surprised many participants. Two main competitors, BMW and Mercedes tried their best to be the first. That time, in March, the BMW took the dominate place. It was not easy, but the introduction of a new stop-start system able to reduce CO2 emissions. This time Mercedes is eager to take the return match. The only thing is to wait for something special.

The environmental protection movement is now something like a competition among the automakers. BMW and Audi were the leaders in this line. Mercedes-Benz in its turn does not want to be behind their backs and also decided to take part in this useful changing. According to head of R&D at Mercedes parent DaimlerChrysler, Thomas Weber, they should be definitely the first and be the winners.

Mercedes-Benz has always been the symbol of luxury and prosperity especially in its sedan edition. On the contrary, C-class was almost forgotten, but everything has changed with this type. The current C-class now has more sport’s features. And this is a very winning point. The skyrocketing sales proved this. The C-Class has been the best-seller among Mercedes-Benz’s U.S. lineup for recent years. The company confesses that The C-Class has outbid the previous generation car by 65 percent.
