Thirty years ago when VW started the line of VW Golf, no one could even suppose that there will be such anniversary as 30 years. This is a big period for a car development and improvement.
30 ears old, if to see it like the human age, is the time when you achieved something, have some status in the society and this is period of multiplying what you already have. To my mind, the car life can be characterized in the same way.

September is a remarkable month. Exactly this period the Frankfurt motor show will take place. This will be a very important period of time for Citroen, because the automakers will represent their Mondeo mark. The carmakers drew their inspiration from the Audi’s style. The base is the C5.
For the 2008 Toyota has developed a bigger, Highlander Hybrid, which is more powerful. The model is a bright example of each detail work in unity, the whole work of the auto can be characterized as a system, where everything is its order. As a result we have a hybrid, counting 7 passenger places, but still being of the middle size.
As you remember not so long ago Aston Martin “proclaimed” its independence from Ford Motor Co. Now Aston Martin has a very decisive piece for the future. The DBS is going to be Aston’s new flagship, a superseding, which will make a debut in October and come into production.
The debut for a new five-passenger crossover — Infiniti’s 2008 EX – will take place at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. After this in December this auto is going to be sate on sale. The drivetrain of this new crossover coincides with the other vehicles of Nissan’s ‘FM’ rear drive architecture. In other words, a new 2008 EX will have a 3.5-liter V-6 with 290 horsepower and, of course, more. And, in addition, it will have some ‘Infiniti Swell’ acceleration feel, as Nissan calls it. The V-6 is connected to five-speed automatic? In its turn this provides a manual gate, a sport mode and an adaptive shifting.
i debuted its new model not so long ago, in March, at Geneva Motor Show. This was a super-model, called Gallardo Superleggera (“Super Light”). Even till now it is one the most preferable cars among the customers. This is due to its special design and technical parameters. In facet, according to some tests, the car is just 1,500 kg.

The bidding has already started. What do we have today. Ford Motor Co. exec has evidently started the bidding for the Jaguar and Land Rover autos. Some sources point out that there are already some potential bidders for these marques. According to hints these bidders have approached Magna about the probability of using the contract assembly operations of the company in order to build vehicles following the Ford’s signing off on a deal.
Saab takes new altitudes. It is going to be a new version of the Saab 9-7X. The number of these autos is limited. The firs show with them is planned for this autumn. In the SUV segment Saab has always had some original and unique characteristics. The style always distinguished itself and was recognizing all the time. Its sophisticated design inside and outside draws and catches attention, the features of design can be called premium.
